The body holds what the mind often can’t process. This gentle yet powerful one-on-one therapy session is designed to help you release stored emotions, old patterns, and limiting beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.
We begin by identifying an area of your life where you’re seeking support. From there, we guide your body into a state of deep ease and safety—using light touch, breath, and energetic techniques. Once your system feels safe, we journey inward using therapeutic approaches like Parts Work/Internal Family Systems, Embodied Processing, and Integral Energetics—supporting emotional release and integration from the inside out.
This isn’t traditional talk therapy—it’s a body-based experience that helps you process what’s been stored, without getting stuck in the mental story.
