This class is designed to empower you with knowledge and experience so you can breathe with greater awareness, ease, and intention.

Intention  

  • To cultivate awareness of the breath as a tool for nervous system regulation, clarity, and ease.  

  • To explore evidence-based breathwork practices for calming, stimulating, and integrating the body's natural rhythms.  

  • To provide practical, applicable techniques that can be used beyond the class for lasting well-being.  ​
