More about Max 

After being involved at the elite level of AFL as both player and coach for almost 20 years, Max experienced a diverse range of triumphs and setbacks - from the euphoria of winning premierships to grappling for years with career ending injuries.
In the pursuit of personal transformation, Max recognized the power of change that often arises from facing challenges. Fed up with depression, brain fog, anxiety, and persistent physical pain stemming from his athletic career, he decided it was time for a positive shift.

Max embarked on a journey of self-discovery, exploring mindfulness, nutrition, psychology, cold exposure, natural medicines, and breathwork. It was during this time that he discovered the potential of the Wim Hof Method. Through regular practice, Max felt a transformation – his chronic knee inflammation faded, brain fog lifted, and his energy levels surged.

What is the Wim Hof Method?

The Wim Hof Method is a unique combination of controlled breathing, cold exposure, and mindfulness. It has been shown to improve immune function, decrease inflammation, increase energy levels, and promote a sense of calm and focus. One of the most intriguing benefits associated with the Method is its ability to influence the immune system. Studies such as The Radboud study, have found that individuals practicing the method can voluntarily influence their autonomic nervous system and immune response - once believed to have not been possible.

Feeling a calling to learn more about the method, Max became a certified Wim Hof Method instructor in Poland in June 2022. He now extends his hand to others to empower them to connect with their purest selves and rediscover the joy of being happy, healthy, and strong once more.
